Welcome to Grand Lake Mattress and More. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to purchases you make through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Grand Lake Mattress and More ("we," "us," "our"), located at 2068 S Main St, Grove, OK 74344. You can reach us at 786-326-3380 or sales@grandlakemattress.com.

2. Using this website

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
  • You agree to give accurate, current and complete information when you place an order or contact us.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with how it works, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products, pricing and availability

  • We try to describe and picture our products accurately. Colors, dimensions and comfort feel can vary slightly from what you see on screen, and mattress comfort is personal. We encourage you to visit our showroom to try a product before you buy.
  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
  • Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline or cancel an order at our discretion.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you paid for it.

4. Orders and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and process your payment.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full card number.
  • We may contact you by phone, email or text about your order, for example to confirm details or schedule delivery.

5. Delivery and pickup

  • Service area. Online orders are accepted for local delivery only within our delivery area, which is defined by ZIP code and shown at checkout. If your address is outside the delivery area, you may choose pickup.
  • Local delivery. Local delivery is a front door drop off. The current delivery fee is shown at checkout.
  • Setup in place. Setup of your new mattress in place is an optional service available with local delivery for an additional fee shown on our website.
  • Old mattress removal. Removal and disposal of your previous mattress is an optional service available with local delivery for an additional fee shown on our website. Your old mattress must be bagged and removed from the room before we arrive. We provide a mattress bag at the time of purchase. We may decline to remove a mattress that is not bagged or that is unsanitary or unsafe to handle.
  • Scheduling. We will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. An adult must be present to accept delivery.
  • Access. You are responsible for making sure the product will fit through doorways, hallways and stairs, and for providing a clear, safe path. Additional attempts caused by missed appointments or lack of access may result in an additional delivery fee.
  • Pickup. Pickup is available at our Grove showroom during business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.
  • Inspection. Please inspect your order when you receive it and tell us right away about any damage or missing items.

6. Returns and warranty

Items purchased are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and are not able to be returned. However, we will be happy to help assist you with the warranty process and will strive to make things right.

  • Warranty coverage, length and conditions are set by each manufacturer and vary by product. Keep your receipt and the law tag attached to your mattress, since manufacturers usually require both for a claim.
  • Manufacturer warranties commonly require proper support (a suitable foundation or frame) and do not cover comfort preference, normal body impressions, stains or misuse. Using a mattress protector is recommended.
  • If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly so we can correct it.

7. Sales and promotions

From time to time we offer sales, free gifts or discounts. Each promotion is subject to the terms stated with the offer, including any minimum purchase, eligible products and dates. Unless the offer says otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, apply to new purchases only and are available while supplies last. We may change or end a promotion at any time.

8. Text and email messages

If you sign up for our marketing emails or text messages, the terms in the "Email marketing" and "Text message (SMS) marketing" sections of our Privacy Policy apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

9. Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Grand Lake Mattress and More or to the manufacturers and partners who allow us to use it. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written permission. Brand and product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website may link to websites or use services that we do not operate, such as manufacturer websites, maps and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website. Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, as described above. Nothing on this website is medical advice; talk to a health professional about any health concerns related to sleep.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Grand Lake Mattress and More, its owners and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service that the claim is about. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
